Senior Manager, Online Marketing
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Online Marketing Senior Manager at our Community Support Office located in McLean, VA. The main focus of the position will be to develop, manage and optimize Sunrise’s online marketing programs including Sunrise’s website and integrated internet marketing campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Manage Sunrise’s search engine optimization, paid search, display advertising and social media efforts to increase the Company’s online presence and conversion results
Provide day-to-day management of all online marketing initiatives and integrate these efforts with overall marketing campaigns - Direct Sunrise’s online marketing partners including managing campaign budgets and analyzing performance
- Collaborate with designers to lead the development of online creative including online banners, landing pages, and e-mails
- Stay a breast of latest developments in online marketing to implement the most promising, innovative strategies for Sunrise
- Educate the management team and broader employee groups on incorporating online marketing and social media techniques into the corporate culture and community sales activities
- Regularly monitor, analyze and interpret website reports as well as competitive programs to effectively enact changes in Sunrise’s online marketing program
- Measure the impact of Sunrise’s online marketing efforts on overall sales and marketing efforts company wide
- Support the Corporate Marketing & Communications team in all projects including managing campaigns and communications strategies and tactics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, experience in healthcare or hospitality industry preferred
- At least 3 years of direct online marketing experience, with 6-8 years total of experience in the sales, marketing and/or communications fields
- Experience with content management system, such as Sitecore, Google Adwords and Webmaster Tools as well as display advertising and other online marketing channels
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple projects/roles in an evolving environment both individually and part of a complex team environment
- Resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism while managing multiple demands
- Willingness to do what it takes to complete projects with a dedication to quality and innovative thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively with Corporate Marketing & Communications team members to contribute to all team initiatives
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of general marketing, public relations and communications
